Our products are used in a variety of industries, but are particularly valued in the service industry. Hotels and restaurants face unique problems due to the high traffic volume from the public and employees and the constant exposure to potentially hazardous contaminants. The challenge of providing anti slip surfaces for floors and bathtubs is constant. Global Safe Technologies Inc. can help with these challenges.

Our products are proven to be very effective in reducing slip falls, thereby providing a safer environment for your customers, as well as your employees. In addition, through our exclusive and unique Floor Safety Maintenance Program (FSMP) we provide an ongoing maintenance and inspection program that ensures your floors retain their optimum anti-slip properties and provide you with valuable documentation and assistance in the unlikely event of a slip fall claim.

Contracts

Many service industry providers have existing contracts with cleaning companies and or suppliers, and may feel that it is not possible to use our products as it may jeopardize that existing contract.

You may consider the following:

• We provide specialized products and services, that cannot be provided by most cleaning companies and or suppliers.
• If the vendor cannot provide the product or service you require, it does not mean that the vendor will loose their contract with you.
• Any vendor threatening to pull their products if you want to use a product or service they do not supply, is using bullying tactics – you may want to reconsider your relationship with them.
• There is often a thirty day notice or release clause in the contract.
• If all else fails, seek legal advice in order to protect your rights.

Insurance

Global Safe Technologies Inc. is working with insurance companies across the U.S. and Canada to offer a lower premium when the FSMP (Floor Safety Maintenance Program) is followed; similar to what is currently offered with other safety measures taken by businesses.
