Global Safe Technologies USA, Inc. was incorporated in the United States in 2004 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Global Safe Technologies, Inc. of Vancouver, British Columbia. The U.S. company was created to bring dealer development and product distribution for the Safe Solution® floor and surface safety product line to the United States. 
In 2006, after operating the largest U.S. regional Safe Solution application company, Mike Steely and Michael Stoyanoff were named the operating managers for Global Safe USA. Subsequently, in the spring of 2007, in the immortal words of Victor Kiam, Mike and Mike (also known as "The Mikes") “liked the products so much they bought the company!”

The company is now focused on manufacturing, distributing and supporting the finest quality floor and surface safety products in the world through its growing distribution network.
Building on the successes of the Safe Solution®, a world leading hard surface safety treatment and the superior cleaning/maintenance product Clean Step®, Global Safe is continuing to add unique and new safety options to its line of products. Most recently, the addition of Max CleanTM, the world's first enviromentally friendly ionic hydro-carbon converter to eleminate grease on high traffic floors, shows their significant focus on products designed to be environmentally friendly while providing superior safety performance.
Global Safe USA's mission, along with its sister companies in Australia, Canada and the Phillipines is to greatly reduce slip-fall accidents around the world.
